How do I register for a course?
You can register online, in person, by mail, or by telephone at 989-754-8181. Payment is due upon registration. Employers may register their employees with a company credit card or check.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
What are your policies and procedures?
If it is necessary for you to reschedule, please call 72 hours in advance of the class and we will be happy to reschedule you to our next available training.
Cancellation - If you need to cancel your training session, the Red Cross will be happy to refund your money but will retain the following drop fees.
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registration, instructor unavailability, or inclement weather. In that case the Red Cross will reschedule or refund a participant's full money at no additional cost to the participant.
Are there any physical restrictions?
Certification requires a skills ability demonstration on the floor. Please wear practical clothing. Certificates of attendance may be issued for those that successfully complete all other portions.
Can the Red Cross bring their training to my workplace?
Yes, we are able to contract with your employer to provide this full service training.
